Shipping Information
Most orders will be shipped by USPS unless specified otherwise. Direct order ukuleles will be shipped via FedEx One Rate unless specified otherwise. Not all items are available for immediate shipment. If your order is time sensitive, please call or email Kamaka Hawaii to discuss product availability, shipping dates and options.
Selecting an expedited shipping method does NOT ensure expedited delivery. Merchandise will ship via your selected shipping method when the product is ready to ship. If you require your items by a specific date, please include this information in the notes section at checkout or contact us prior to placing your order to discuss availability.
International Shipments
For all orders shipping outside of the United States, please contact your government’s customs office regarding any import taxes or tariffs due once the merchandise arrives in your country. If additional fees are required, Kamaka Hawaii will contact you prior to the shipping of your order to collect any applicable fees.
Return Policy
Online orders are eligible for a refund or exchange when returned to Kamaka Hawaii, Inc. with the original Kamaka Hawaii receipt or invoice that includes your reason for the return, and within 30 days of purchase. Any returned merchandise must include all original tags and accessories. A 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund, when payment processing fees are incurred by Kamaka Hawaii.Merchandise that has been used, worn, altered, damaged or washed is not eligible for return or exchange. Store credit only will be offered for any returned discounted, promotion, sale or special order items. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For your protection, when returning or exchanging merchandise, we recommend sending via UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. A 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund, when payment processing fees were incurred by us.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all goods shipped within the state of Hawaii. Kamaka Hawaii accepts VISA, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover and JCB. Personal checks and C.O.D.’s are not accepted.
