“ My `ukulele journey started on my family's Kamaka, so the rich Koa wood tone is something that's been engraved on my heart and in my ears. For a short time in college, I went on an `ukulele experimentation adventure, trying instruments from dozens of different luthiers and manufacturers. That journey ended in 2008 when I was blessed with the custom Kamaka tenor that I still use today. The artistry and craftsmanship of Kamaka really has no rival.”
